Cancellation Policy

  1. Course Cancellation by Participant
    • Participants may cancel their enrollment in a course up to 3 days before the course start date to receive a full refund.
    • Cancellations made less than 3 days before the course start date will not be eligible for a refund.
  2. Service Cancellation by Client
    • Clients may cancel their service agreement up to 3 days before the service start date to receive a full refund.
    • Cancellations made less than 3 days before the service start date will not be eligible for a refund.
  3. Cancellation by Us
    • We reserve the right to cancel any course or service due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants or clients will receive a full refund.

Refund Policy

  1. Refund Process
    • To request a refund, participants or clients must contact our support team via email at info@letsbeanalyst.com.
    • Refund requests must include the participant's or client's name, course or service details, and the reason for the refund request.
  2. Refund Eligibility
    • Refunds will be processed within 3 business days of receiving the refund request.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during registration or purchase.
  3. Non-Refundable Items
    • Certain items are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
      • Digital products or downloadable content
      • Completed services or courses
      • Customized services or courses
  4. Partial Refunds
    • In some cases, partial refunds may be granted at our discretion. This includes situations where a participant or client has partially completed a course or service.
