Cancellation Policy
- Course Cancellation by Participant
- Participants may cancel their enrollment in a course up to 3 days before the course start date to receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 3 days before the course start date will not be eligible for a refund.
- Service Cancellation by Client
- Clients may cancel their service agreement up to 3 days before the service start date to receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 3 days before the service start date will not be eligible for a refund.
- Cancellation by Us
- We reserve the right to cancel any course or service due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants or clients will receive a full refund.
Refund Policy
- Refund Process
- To request a refund, participants or clients must contact our support team via email at info@letsbeanalyst.com.
- Refund requests must include the participant's or client's name, course or service details, and the reason for the refund request.
- Refund Eligibility
- Refunds will be processed within 3 business days of receiving the refund request.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during registration or purchase.
- Non-Refundable Items
- Certain items are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
- Digital products or downloadable content
- Completed services or courses
- Customized services or courses
- Partial Refunds
- In some cases, partial refunds may be granted at our discretion. This includes situations where a participant or client has partially completed a course or service.
Cancellation Policy
- No Cancellation After Enrollment
- Once a participant enrolls and payment is completed, the enrollment is considered final.
- No cancellation requests will be accepted after enrollment under any circumstances.
- Program Access
- Access to course materials, mentorship, or any program resource constitutes full commitment to the program.
- Once access is granted, cancellation is not permitted.
- Cancellation by Us
- In rare cases where we cancel a program due to internal or operational reasons, a full refund will be issued.
Refund Policy
- Strict No Refund Policy
- All payments made are non-refundable.
- No refunds will be provided once a participant has enrolled in the program.
- Non-Refundable Scenarios
- If the participant decides not to continue after enrollment.
- If the participant leaves the program midway for any reason.
- If the participant is inactive, fails to attend sessions, or does not complete assignments.
- If the participant is removed due to violation of program guidelines.
- Placement-Related Clause
- If a participant secures a job/placement opportunity at any point during or after the program, no refund will be applicable.
- Placement success is considered fulfillment of the program’s value.
- Course Completion Clause
- Once the course duration is completed or access period expires, no refund requests will be entertained.
- Digital Nature of Product
- This program includes digital content, mentorship, and intellectual property which cannot be returned.
- Therefore, all purchases are final.
- Exceptional Cases
- No exceptions will be made for personal reasons, schedule conflicts, or change of interest.
- Refunds are only applicable if the program is officially canceled by us.
